Uli's Moose is the successor to Talking Moose and His Cartoon Carnival created by Steve Halls. M. Uli Kusterer made Uli's Moose, with permission from Halls. Jay Lichtenauer made Moose Phraseology, which adds more phrases to Uli's Moose.
